Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the address provided after your request is approved.

Return details and instructions will be sent by email.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

In some cases, we may offer free size exchanges. If the item does not fit as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Exchanges for different products, colors, or variants require returning the original item and placing a new order.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to our automated warehouse system. In this case, the order must be delivered and can then be returned in accordance with our return policy.

If you need to cancel or update your order (address, size, or variant), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist before processing begins.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

This right is fully included within our 30-day return policy, which offers extended coverage beyond the legal minimum.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
