Shipping Policy

How long does it take to receive the orders?

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following:

  • All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping will take around 5-9 business days worldwide depending on your shipping location. We ship to around 75 countries.
  • Total shipping time is processing time + shipping time.


More detailed shipping times

Our average shipping times are:

- USA & Canada & New Zealand & United Kingdom : 5-7 business days.
- Europe : 5-9 business days.

 

Local shipping prices can be found when checking out. Shipping is FREE for orders over £60 / €70 / $85.


Do you ship to my country?

We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country.


Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@lormierlifestyle.com with your order number.


If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@lormierlifestyle.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
